Men/Women/Mixed – Each skill division must have a minimum of six (6) teams for payout.

Payout totals are per team.

Gold/Silver/Bronze

3.0 – $50/40/30
3.5 – $50/40/30
4.0 – $60/50/40
4.5 – $100/80/60
5.0 – $300/200/100
